Alexandria has worked as an Occupational Therapist over the past 7 years, primarily providing Occupational Therapy services to the public health system. During this time she has gained extensive experience in activities of daily living retraining, functional and cognitive assessments, assistive technology prescription, pressure care management and client and family education. She has experience working with clients of various ages and clinical presentations, in particular neurology, traumatic injuries, aged care and cancer.
Alexandria holds registration with AHPRA, is a member of OT Australia and is FIM accredited. Alexandria enjoys working closely and collaboratively with her clients and their significant others to identify solutions for complex problems, minimise barriers faced in day to day life and increase independence, safety and quality of life. Alexandria loves to learn and engage in professional development to continually upskill in various areas of Occupational Therapy.
When not working, Alexandria can mostly be found outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her two daughters, gardening, craft and going on family holidays in her caravan.
