Sarah Collison

Director

Verve OT was founded by Director Sarah Collison in October 2018 with a vision to deliver high-quality, client-centred Occupational Therapy services across Sydney’s northern suburbs and surrounding metropolitan areas.

We support clients across the lifespan — from children to older adults — providing therapy in homes, workplaces, schools, and local communities. Our experienced team works with a wide range of health conditions, injuries, and disabilities, always with a focus on building independence and achieving meaningful goals.

Sarah has a special interest in all things Home Modifications, Assistive Technology (AT), and Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA). She partners with the Access Institute to deliver the Complex Home Modifications Assessor training, helping other OTs build confidence in this specialist area of practice.

In addition to her clinical work, Sarah is the founder of Verve OT Learning, an education platform designed to support occupational therapists in building real-world knowledge and confidence across complex practice areas. She also hosts the OT Unplugged podcast, where she shares practical insights, conversations with industry experts, and resources to empower therapists at every stage of their career.

Outside of work, Sarah is a busy mum of three, expertly balancing school drop-offs with her love of netball — proudly hitting the court each week with her team, the Bellas.
