April Le
April is an Occupational Therapist who has been working since 2020 across paediatrics, disability, and neurological rehabilitation, under the NDIS. Her work is community-based, supporting clients to build independence and achieve meaningful outcomes.
She is experienced in conducting functional capacity assessments, equipment prescription, ADL training, and completing assessments for SIL and SDA applications. April has worked with children and adults with a range of neurological and developmental conditions. She is currently completing further training to become a certified Home Modifications Assessor.
April is registered with AHPRA and is a member of Occupational Therapy Australia. She is passionate about person-centred care and enjoys collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to empower clients in reaching their goals.
In her spare time, April enjoys discovering new places to eat, reading, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her dog, Coco.
