Heba has worked as an Occupational Therapist for almost 20 years in a variety of settings including occupational rehabilitation, injury management, corporate wellbeing and training as well as disability.
Heba’s passion lies in assisting her clients to achieve their individual goals and maintain/increase their independence and quality of life. Heba’s specialist areas of expertise include activities of daily living assessments, minor and complex home modification, ergonomics, equipment prescription and training in life skills/ daily living.
Heba holds registration with AHPRA, is a member of OT Australia and is FIM accredited. She also has extensive experience in administering assessments including the FIM, ABAS-III, WHODAS 2.0 and CANs. Heba maintains her ongoing professional development and regularly attends courses and training to ensure she provides evidence-based best practice for her clients.
Outside of work, Heba enjoys spending time with her twin daughters and husband, travelling around the world, baking chocolate desserts, eating chocolate desserts and binge watching Friends.
