Ishiela is a compassionate and experienced Occupational Therapist who works with clients across the lifespan—from young children to older adults. With a background in community-based care, disability support, and transitional aged care, she brings a well-rounded and flexible approach to therapy. Ishiela works with adults and older individuals to support their goals, promote safety at home, and improve quality of life through functional independence, minor home modifications, and assistive technology. She also has supported children with autism, ADHD, developmental delays, and sensory processing challenges, helping them build confidence and independence in daily routines, school tasks, and play.
Ishiela believes in building strong, collaborative relationships with families, carers, and support teams. Her therapy style is client-centred, goal-driven, and tailored to meet each person’s unique needs—whether that means helping a child thrive in the classroom or supporting an older adult to remain safe and independent at home.
