Kate Patterson
Occupational Therapist
Kate has worked as an Occupational Therapist over the past 19 years in a variety of settings in both Australia and the UK. She has mostly worked in the community, as well as working in acute hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation settings and in the medico-legal sector. She has extensive experience working with NDIS and she is an approved care needs assessor for icare.
Kate is an AHPRA registered Occupational Therapist with a special interest in housing solutions, SDA and SIL, functional assessments and identifying support requirements. She has experience working with people who have complex disabilities from a range of conditions, including acquired brain injury and neurological conditions. She enjoys working together with clients and their support networks to achieve their individual goals to improve their quality of life.
When she is not working, Kate enjoys spending time with her three kids and their border collie. She loves playing soccer and exploring new places.
