Clinical Services Manager
Nicole is an Occupational Therapist who has worked for over 20 years with adults experiencing a diverse range of conditions including complex chronic pain, orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, neurological and psychosocial. She has expertly provided patient-centred case management, consultancy, vocational retraining, assessment and intervention services in private, community and rehabilitation sectors throughout her career.
Nicole is committed to supporting people of all ages to achieve their goals through a holistic, person-centred approach. She is a problem solver, dedicated to working collaboratively with clients, their families and other healthcare providers to enhance people’s independence and participation in meaningful activities. Nicole is also a skilled educator and coach who competently facilitates group and individual education and training sessions for maximum learner experience.
Areas of particular clinical interest for Nicole are functional assessments, assistive technology prescription, equipment prescription, environmental modifications, falls prevention, injury prevention and life skills training considering cognitive, emotional and physical influences.
Nicole is a certified FIM and MoCA assessor and Tai Chi for Arthritis and Falls Prevention instructor. She is a life-long learner who incorporates the latest evidence into her work practices to ensure the best results for her clients.
