Rozanna is a highly experienced occupational therapist who has been practicing since 1999. With over two decades of clinical and leadership experience, she brings a rich and diverse background to her work at Verve OT. Her areas of expertise include functional capacity assessments, SIL and SDA evaluations, assistive technology, and minor home modifications.
Rozanna has worked across multiple sectors, including healthcare, education, and executive leadership. She is the founder of the Centre for Autism Research and Education (CARE) in South Africa and has since continued her impactful work in Australia, supporting participants through the NDIS. Her approach is person-centred, evidence-based, and grounded in a deep commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes for the people she works with.
She holds additional training in Positive Behaviour Support, is ADOS trained, and has extensive experience supporting clients with autism, developmental delay, neurological conditions, and complex physical disabilities. Rozanna is also passionate about mentoring other therapists and promoting clinical excellence.
