Annemieke Clark
Occupational Therapist
Annemieke graduated as an Occupational Therapist in 2000 from USYD, and for most of her career, has worked in neurological rehabilitation. She has a special interest in stroke and has highly developed skills in upper limb, cognitive and sensory retraining. Annemieke completed a Clinical Research Fellowship with UWS, and has undertaken leadership roles in clinical trials, as well as and participated on the Neurological Rehabilitation Clinical Advisory Committee for a large national health provider. She has a strong passion for evidence-based-practice and research translation, and this underpins her clinical ethos.
Annemieke is FIM accredited, MoCA credentialed, a member of OT Australia and holds Good Clinical Practice certification.
Annemieke now enjoys working with adults in the community helping them achieve their functional goals within the context of their post-hospital life. Forming trusted connections with her clients and supporting them to achieve their goals, remains Annemieke’s primary motivation and great joy as an OT.
When not working, Annemieke enjoys family time, reading, being out in sunshine, and planning her next holiday.
