Kieran Connolly

Occupational Therapist

Kieran has been working in the disability industry and NDIS space for the past 8 years across a wide variety of speciality areas, including: Specialist Disability Accommodation, Community Access, Therapy Assistant roles, Behaviour Support, and Occupational Therapy. Kieran has gained in-depth experience working with people with a wide variety of conditions, including neurological, intellectual disability, genetic conditions, and working with young adults on the autism spectrum.

Kieran has been drawn to Occupational Therapy due to its unique and holistic role in supporting people to gain greater independence, autonomy, and improved quality of life. He thoroughly enjoys working with younger adults on the autism spectrum who are transitioning out of school and into supported employment or the open workforce. Further, Kieran has a strong passion for supporting people with Daily Living Skills training and loves the “life coach” approach to help people achieve their goals and live their best lives.

Kieran is AHPRA accredited, FIM & MoCa qualified, a member of OT Australia, and has undergone extensive training with Continued Professional Development by studying sensory modulation, attending webinars, conferences, and lectures.

In his downtime, Kieran enjoys listening to podcasts, travelling, multi-day hiking trips, and outdoor rock climbing.
