Sallie-Ann has worked as an Occupational Therapist over the past 18 years in Sydney and Adelaide. This included community-based rehabilitation, aged care (home care packages) and in acute and rehabilitation hospitals. She has extensive experience and knowledge in minor and complex equipment prescription and home modifications. She also has experience in functional assessments and daily living retraining.
Sallie-Ann holds registration with AHPRA and is a member of OT Australia. She finds working in the community setting rewarding and strives to support clients to achieve their goals and assist them in discovering ways to increase or maintain their independence in daily activities. Sallie-Ann has undertaken additional training in complex home modifications, wheelchair prescription and seating and regularly attends courses and webinars to stay up to date with best practice.
When not working, Sallie enjoys spending time with her nephews. She has a passion for photography, live music, and travel and is often found behind a camera taking close up photos of spiders and flowers.
